About the Elev8 Awards

The Elev8 Awards by BD+C and BUILDINGS celebrate the best projects in commercial building design, construction, and renovation across eight building types.

We encourage architects and designers to submit projects that represent innovative design thinking and construction practices.  Designs that advance  aethetics, performance, sustainability and decarbonization, social impact and wellness.

Recipients of the Elev8 Design Awards will exemplify the power of design to positively impact people – and the planet – whether as new construction or renovations.

Buildings that reshape the built environment toward a more sustainable future for all. Winning entries will be published in the March/April issue of BD+C magazine, read by 64,500+ owners/property developers, architects/designers, engineers, and construction professionals, and the Second Quarter issue of BUILDINGS magazine, read by 70,000+ building owners and facility managers in North America. The awards represent a unique opportunity for architecture, design, and construction firms to present their best work to potential clients.
